Miami...Live the Dream

We contacted James in September 2022 to find a property to purchase in Miami. As foreigners we knew nothing about the area and regulations, however we were extremely lucky to have James as our real estate agent. He is an incredibly knowledgeable professional and very responsive. We kept in contact via email and Whatsapp; he responded to all of my questions almost immediately providing detailed answers to dozens of questions. He performed a very fast search and shortlisted several properties that fitted our criterias very well. Purchase took place in October and James supported us all the way through. What I especially liked about him is that he was not imposing his personal opinion affecting our decision. He was very attentive, discreet and patient.
